Winter Conditioning Schedule:
Preseason conditioning will commence on January 11th. We will be meeting from 3:15-4:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays in the A100 Forum until the start of Spring Sports Season, which begins with Tryouts during the first week of March.
It will be limited to 25 players.
Players who are not participating in a Winter Sport are expected to attend. Please wear workout/PE attire and footwear. Players are encouraged to bring a water bottle if they have one.
***Masks will be mandatory for Warmup/Stretch, but may be removed during running. However, it is highly encouraged that players wear them as much as possible.

Conditioning Details
Conditioning will focus on and include
- Aerobic Conditioning
- Anaerobic Conditioning
- Plyometrics
- Calisthenics
- Weighlifting
- All of this will be programmed in a constantly-varied, high intensity, functional movement workout. We will look to increase our strength, metabolic capacity, VO2 Max, and lactic acid thresholds prior to the season.
- There will be individual workouts, and also team workouts
- These will challenge you both physically, mentally, and emotionally
