Winter Conditioning Schedule:
Preseason conditioning will commence on ___________. We will be meeting from 3:15-4:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays in the A100 Forum until the start of Spring Sports Season, which begins with Tryouts on _______________.
Players who are not participating in a Winter Sport are expected to attend. Please wear workout/PE attire and footwear. Players are encouraged to bring a water bottle if they have one.

Conditioning Details
Conditioning will focus on and include
- Aerobic Conditioning
- Anaerobic Conditioning
- Plyometrics
- Calisthenics
- Weighlifting
- All of this will be programmed in a constantly-varied, high intensity, functional movement workout. We will look to increase our strength, metabolic capacity, VO2 Max, and lactic acid thresholds prior to the season.
- There will be individual workouts, and also team workouts
- These will challenge you both physically, mentally, and emotionally
